I've joined a fantastic team to create and narrate Season 3 and Season 4 of Namaste TV, the world’s premier instructional yoga series. I have designed the upcoming 26 episodes where in each episode, I’ve weaved a balance between intensity and grace into creative, mindful movements that build physical strength and flexibility, reduce stress and quiet the mind. Together with a focus on physical alignment, dynamic movement, and breath I’ve created a moving meditation that is simultaneously challenging (yet accessible) and calming leaving you energized and centered long after you've left your yoga mat.


Season 3 and 4 are a hatha vinyasa practice centered around the conscious integration of movement, mind and breath. Through these simple + strong sequences, you will explore aligning your outer body to your inner posture. So often there is a disconnect between our true nature of being open + free and how we interact in the world. These sequences offer the space for a slow, deep breath where you can explore your alignment of mind, body + spirit.
